The MDL Customer Service team is designed and based around what matters to our Customers and Publishers.

We have three teams, each responsible for the handling of all orders, queries and claims, with full ownership of the request received.

Our Customer Service Coordinators are available Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.30 and can be contacted via the following channels:
