I work as a Health and Safety Advisor and have been with MDL since 2003. I support the site with any health and safety issues and enjoy the variety and challenges of my role.
I started with MDL in 1999 and am a section leader on dayshift Conveyor. I enjoy working with a good team and how every day is different in a busy and demanding department.
Since joining MDL in 2013, I have worked firstly in Publisher Services and then Commercial Development. I love the variety that comes from working with publishers, 3rd party developers and in-house departments.
I have been working in Credit Services since 2016 as a Business Administrator. I enjoy working for MDL as everyone is so friendly and ready to help.
I’m a long service employee, having joined MDL in 1985, working in Commercial Development, alongside colleagues and publishers in the change management process. It’s great to see what a positive impact change can have.
I work in the Goods In department and have been with MDL since 2005. I enjoy my role – we often have a laugh whilst maintaining a professional ethos.

I’ve worked for MDL since 2010 in UK Customer Services, processing a variety of orders from our publishers and customers. I really enjoy all aspects of my role.
I joined MDL in 2013 and now work alongside Bloomsbury Publishing as a Publisher Services Executive. I look after many aspects of the publisher’s processes and enjoy building good relationships with the Bloomsbury team.

I’ve worked for MPIL Group since 1991 and am now Head of Publisher and Customer Services at MDL. Exceeding the needs of our publishers and their customers is key and I enjoy building great relationships with our publishers, customers and colleagues.
I’m a trainer for the Voice in Bulk department and have worked at MDL since 2005. I really enjoy working with a great team and pulling together to get the job done.

I am a UK Credit Controller and have worked at MDL since 2014. I am passionate about my job and enjoy building relationships with customers and some of the amazing people at MDL.
I work as a Publisher Services Coordinator and have been with MDL since 2013. I deal with a variety of stock and order queries. I love the variety and never having the same day twice!
I have been working at MDL within the Key Accounts team since 2017, making sure all accounts run smoothly from start to finish. I enjoy building good working relationships and putting a smile on everyone’s face!
I’ve worked for MDL in IT since 2008, primarily in desktop support. I enjoy the challenge of solving different issues on a daily basis as well as working with fantastic colleagues around the world for the larger group.
I’m Tracy and I have worked at MDL since 2013 as a UK Credit Controller. I love the challenge of completing account reconciliations to specified deadlines and working with our publishers. I also look after the H0/E-books ledger – another new challenge I am keen to take on.
