Post & Print Services Operative (Part time 15-20 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract)

A vacancy has arisen in the Post & Print Department for a Post & Print Services Operative. The position requires someone, who has previous customer service experience and ideally experience in a similar role with an understanding of postal systems and equipment.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Responsible for the receipt and sorting of incoming daily post and courier items and sort for collection and delivery
  • Assisting with all Post & Print tasks and activities as required on daily basis, keeping to agreed schedules.
  • Deliveries & collections of both incoming & outgoing post to dept pigeon holes within the respective print hubs, process and prioritise outgoing post into relevant categories for daily collection via appropriate service provider.
  • Ensuring the daily van safety check sheet is completed, and report any damage or faults to Post Room Manager immediately, whilst ensuring the van is kept clean, tidy and fit for purpose at all times.

This role will involve collecting and delivering post daily in a company vehicle so a full driving licence is essential.

UK Credit Controller (Permanent)

A vacancy has arisen in the Credit Services Department for a UK Credit Controller to work in our busy Credit Services team. The position requires someone, who is confident with meeting deadlines accurately, has excellent organisation and time management skills, advanced use of Microsoft Office applications and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Chasing overdue payments and resolving customer queries
  • Accepting and applying payments on the Sales Ledger
  • Full reconciliation on accounts and to collect payment on all outstanding debtors
  • Adhoc query investigation & handling

This exciting role requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision, plus the flexibility to cope with a varied workload. The position will be 35 hours per week and hours of work will be 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
