Customer Services deal with customers' orders which are not sent electronically and general queries regarding anything from discount to date of delivery. Customers' returns also comes under their remit.  The Customer Services team are flexible and able to advise on most enquiries.

They also deal with 'direct business' i.e. non-bookshops in all markets and offer the following services:

  • A mail order fulfilment service for targeted sales campaigns.

  • An academic service offering lecturers and teachers the facility to inspect texts for use in forthcoming teaching programmes.
